Terms and platform use

The operating terms behind BroadCaad Shipper access.

These terms define how organizations can use the platform, what is expected from account owners, and how we manage service, security, and commercial use.

Acceptance and account scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the BroadCaad Shipper website, product demonstrations, and software services. By using the site or platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you create or use an account for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms and any related commercial agreement covering the service.

Platform use and customer responsibilities

BroadCaad Shipper is designed to support logistics visibility, shipment coordination, analytics, finance context, and operational response. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for use within their business operations.

Customers must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, manage internal permissions responsibly, and promptly notify BroadCaad if they suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use the BroadCaad Shipper website or platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code, interfere with service performance, reverse engineer protected systems beyond what applicable law allows, or access data or accounts without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe a user or customer is creating security risk, service abuse, legal exposure, or material harm to BroadCaad, other customers, or the public.

Commercial terms, changes, and availability

Pricing, subscription structure, implementation scope, service levels, and any payment schedules are governed by the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or negotiated commercial agreement between BroadCaad and the customer.

We may modify the service, improve features, discontinue functionality, or update these terms from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice through the website, platform, or direct customer communication channels.

We aim for reliable service availability, but no platform can guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, service incidents, upstream provider issues, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Intellectual property, liability, and termination

BroadCaad and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, platform, branding, software, documentation, and related materials. Except where expressly permitted, no content or software may be copied, resold, or redistributed without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroadCaad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Either party may terminate access or services in accordance with the governing commercial agreement. BroadCaad may also suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security concerns, or unlawful use of the platform.
